Abkhazia Institute for Social and Economic Research (AISER) is founded by Mr. Irakli Gagua and Dr. Ramazi Mitaishvili to enhance interdisciplinary social science research using intellectual potential of refugees from Abkhazia, South Ossetia (Georgia).
