Economic Development Ministry Sells 5 Entities by Auction for 1.9 m USD

The Economic Development Ministry sold five state-owned entities by auction on July 5. Building at 70 Uznadze St. along with a land plot of 8424.2 square m was acquired by LLC Education and Development Center for 1 720 000 USD. The starting price was 1 700 000 USD. Part of buildings (455.2 square m) at 45 Nalbandiani St., Akhalkalaki, was sold to a physical entity for 46 000 USD. LLC Mtskheta-Mtianeti Multi-Functional Prophylactic Center was acquired by a physical entity for 115 000 USD. Two applications were submitted for the LLC. A store at 105 Rustaveli St., Terjola was sold to a physical entity for 19 000 USD. A warehouse at 68 9 Aprili St., was sold to a physical entity for 150 USD. According to tender terms, the new owner will equip the building with modern computer technologies and hand it over to self-government body. !
