Last week Bank of Georgia's global depositary receipts (GDRs) rose by 7.5%.
The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the shareholders of JSC Galt & Taggart Capital (the "GTC") is scheduled to be held on July 19, 2007, at 18:00.
FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENTS: In Q1 2007, the amount of foreign direct investments (FDI) in Georgia reached US$575 million, declared Zurab Noghaideli, the Prime Minister of Georgia.
FOREIGN CURRENCY RESERVES: As of 28 June 2007 international foreign currency reserves of Georgia reached another historical maximum of US$1.159 billion, up 31% YTD.
FX MARKET: Last week GEL/USD exchange rate rose by 0.18%.
