The quake, which occurred approximatelly 10:05AM Tokyo time on July 17, caused nine deaths, more than 1000 injuries.
Tokyo Electric Power Co. the world's one of the largest utility and Japan's largest power producer, was ordered not to resume operating reactors at its Kashiwazaki-Kawari plant, which has an operational capacity of 8,212 megawatts, according to our reporter Julie Kawasava.
