Multi-Platform Coverage to be Broadcast on CNBC, The Tennis Channel and a Free Live Webcast on USOPEN.org

For the second year in a row, the USTA will offer a multi-platform partnership with CNBC, The Tennis Channel, and USOpen.org to provide a special Monday night “trimulcast” of the US Open. This unique broadcast arrangement will offer tennis fans innovative viewing options, support the USTA’s broadcast partners -- including the USTA’s partnership with The Tennis Channel -- and extend live US Open coverage to USOpen.org, the official website of the US Open.

USA Network will begin coverage of the evening session Monday, Sept. 3, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. ET. In the Eastern and Central time zones, match coverage of the US Open will switch at 9:00 p.m. from USA Network, and will be simulcast on CNBC and The Tennis Channel, and streamed live on USOpen.org. USA Network’s regular US Open coverage will continue in the Pacific and Mountain time zones, simulcast with The Tennis Channel.

For the second consecutive year, USOpen.org, the premier source and destination for multi-media coverage of the US Open, and one of the most highly trafficked websites of any annual sports event, will simulcast the international television feed that USA Network provides to more than 180 countries. The live webcast will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET. This session will only be available in the United States.
