Saakashvili speaks about 'frozen conflicts' settlement |

Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvili has tripped to the Upper Abkhazia [the former upper sector of the Kodori Gorge] to take part in the opening of the newly constructed the Chuberi-Sakeni road.
While delivering a speech Saakashvili speak about Georgia's foreign and internal policies, including the Russian-Georgian relationship and successes in the process of development of democracy in Georgia, also the Georgian authority's policy referring the settlement of the so called 'frozen conflicts' and the Russian peacekeepers negative role in that process.
'In the term of my presidency we will unite Georgia not with the way of creating the new Kitovans [Georgia's Defense minister in early 90es], but we will be able to unite it with the endurance, strengthening, reforming, international backing, and more democracy and fairness', said Saakashvili.
